Irfana Tallat has signed up for a trek to Base Camp on the world's highest mountain, Mount Everest, in aid of Penny Appeal's Rebuilding Pakistan Appeal, which aims to rebuild the village of Kamar Mashani in the Punjab region of Pakistan.

12 volunteers, with a sense of adventure to take on one of the world's most famous treks, climbing to the base camp of mount Everest to raise funds to help re-building communities devastated by the 2010 Pakistan floods.

Muzzamil Khan, at 17 the youngest member of Penny Appeal’s Team Everest, has been raising awareness of the group’s charity trek to Everest Base Camp in December by enlisting the support of musicians Mumzy Stranger and Junai Kaden.

Penny Appeal is calling for walkers with a sense of adventure to take on one of the world's most famous treks.
