Mind Body & Spirit Charity Fair raises over £1,000 for Penny Appeal

The Mind Body & Spirit Charity Fair, which took place at Bradford Playhouse on Saturday 17th September, has raised a total of £1007.15 for Penny Appeal.

The event offered visitors a range of feel-good activities, which included tarot reading, astrology, palm reading, reiki, henna and nail art. There were also craft stalls, a cake stall and great prizes to be won.

Adeem Younis, Chairman of Penny Appeal, commented: “Our heartfelt thanks go to Shazia Ashraf for organising such a fun and profitable event, and thanks also to the stall holders and all who turned up on the day in support of Penny Appeal. The funds raised by the fair will go towards our Rebuilding Pakistan Appeal in order to rebuild homes for victims of the devastating 2010 floods.”
