May Eid bring you the same hope and comfort that you have brought your less fortunate brothers and sisters this Ramadan through your generosity and prayers.

This Ramadan, your support has been priceless and thanks to you, thousands of people in our Ummah have been saved from suffering. While you enjoy Eid al-Fitr, know that Penny Appeal has been and will continue to deliver your Zakat, Fitrana and all your other blessed Sadaqah to those most in need. Alhamdulillah, Allah (SWT) has guided us this Ramadan and we hope that He is pleased with all your supplication and charity!

Eid Mubarak 2021 – Your Sadaqah is Saving Lives

Thanks to your support throughout Ramadan we can sponsor more orphans, build more wells, provide more nutritious meals and deliver more emergency aid – Alhamdulillah!

Your donations have allowed us to deliver 118,248 meals this Ramadan, as well as supporting thousands of families through our other life-saving appeals. Your Zakat donations and your Fitrana payments have given so much to our Ummah. We also haven’t forgotten those of you who have paid your Fidya and Kaffarah either – your donations for each missed fast have also given back to our brothers and sisters and Allah (SWT) has seen this.

Our Ramadan campaign has supported communities in 17 countries worldwide this year, including Somalia, Djibouti, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Tanzania, Yemen, Palestine (Gaza), Syria, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Indian-administered Kashmir, Turkey and right here at home in the UK. Our teams on the ground have been hard at work this entire blessed month delivering nutritious food packs, hygiene packs, livelihood materials, agricultural support and cash distributions.

Allah (SWT) has allowed you to help men, women and children all around the globe with your donations. This Ramadan, you have truly saved yourself from greed and given back to your Ummah – thank you!

Of course, there’s still much more we can all do to help combat poverty in crisis-hit countries around the world. Your small change makes a big difference, not just in Ramadan but all year round, so please continue to be part of the Penny Appeal family.
