Abdullah Afzal
Abdullah Afzal is an actor and comedian from Manchester, England. He is known for his roles in the sitcoms Lunch Monkeys, playing Asif Khan that ran for two series on BBC Three, and BBC One’s Citizen Khan, Playing Amjad Malik; so far there have been 5 series of the show. He has also appeared on several documentaries about Islam.

Abdullah Haqani (known as Brother Abdullah) is an award winning Nasheed artist who created a fusion of Nasheeds and sufi music with his own contemporary touch. He’s also a TV host and presenter who invented one of the most watched Islamic shows, Nasheeds Unplugged. His Youtube channel and Facebook page have had millions of views. He is a renowned Islamic rapper who has taught and trained many people around the world and set many trends. Some of the countries he’s travelled to for performing and training include Morroco, Jordan, Trinidad & Tobago, Pakistan, Canada, Norway, and France.

Bustami is a British Sudanese playwright, actor and musician. He holds an MA in Theatre Education, and is listed in the Emerald 100 most Inspiring Muslims for his contribution to the Arts. Bustami has worked in education, music, theater and live events for the past 10 years, performing in over 28 countries as a musician. He has written and directed over 10 theatre productions and organised countless tours in the UK and North America. Bustami founded Brimero Entertainment in 2017 and was instrumental in kickstarting the careers of countless singers and actors, nourishing and developing their careers and collectively they have amassed over 200 million views on YouTube. Faisal Salah
Faisal Salah, known by his stage name ‘Facesoul’ is a London-based artist who was born in East Africa. He moved with his family to the UK at the age of 2 and has been singing for as long as he has can remember. At 19 he began travelling the world, performing for different communities and sharing his story through his voice. These travels proved to be a formative step for his development as an artist, in which he discovered that these people, even with their apparent differences in race, language and environment, shared the same common internal emotions and feelings. Faisal’s upbringing with traditional Islamic roots has been central to forming his truth and identity and his sense of spirituality is imbued in his practice. When he started performing at 15, he would combine his love of singing, poetry and storytelling as a tool to escape from the constraints of inner city living, aspiring for something better.
Faz Shah
Starting his violin studies aged 6 from Oldham, Greater Manchester, Faz Shah went on to pick up the piano aged 9 and beatboxing aged 13. He became passionate about theatre aged 14 and continued his studies at the Royal Northern College of Music and then Leeds College of Music. Faz now performs in various theatres as an actor muso / music director or as the composer. He has delivered educational projects and sessions with organisations including the Liverpool Philharmonic, the Hallé Orchestra, CBBC, CBeebies, Theatre in Prisons (TiPP), Stute Theatre, Oldham Theatre Workshop and the New Vic Theatre. He has delivered music projects in over 100 schools nationwide and is currently the ambassador and Champion for Music Mark and Associate Artist with Claybody Theatre.
Hamza Bouzhar
Hamza Bouzhar is a professional artist, writer and composer with over 20 years of experience in performing Arabic and traditional Moroccan sufi music. He is a recipient of numerous individual and collective awards for his music in Morocco. The foundation of his musical career began through singing in schools and at local festivals. Since then, he has gone on to perform nationally with some of Morocco’s most famous artists. In 2021, he moved to the UK to challenge himself and explore musical opportunities in a new country and to take the next step in his professional career as a Nasheed artist.

Hussnain Lahori
Born in Lahore, raised in London, settled in Manchester. Hussnain Lahori is a British Pakistani artist who currently practices in many forms of music. He is a self taught musician who pursues independent training in South Asian and Western genres such as Classical, Rock, Folk, Blues and Jazz. In a decade-long career, Hussnain has performed at various venues at home and abroad from 'The Oldham Coliseum' to 'The Wembley Arena'. Hussnain has always described himself to be a spiritual seeker and is now experimenting with creating meditative music through fusion of various genres.
Ismail Hussain
Ismail started his career as a Nasheed faith singer at age of 5 singing in local mosques. He said that his father helped him the most and took him to events. He released his first Urdu/Punjabi album titled, Lajpaal Nabi Meray at the age of 12 which consisted of 8 tracks, having sales over 1K CDs. Hussain performs both nasheed singing and naat reciting.
Mikhaeel Mala
Mikhaeel Mala was born and raised in the West Midlands, UK. He is a reciter of the Quran who has had the honour of working across the world at events held in the UK, USA, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Norway, The Netherlands and Malaysia. Mikhaael has also performed at iconic locations such as Wembley Arena, o2 Arena, Symphony Hall and Liverpool Echo Arena.
He completed his Alimiyya (Darse Nizami) and Quranic studies at the Darul Qurra institute under the tutelage and guidance of Sheikh Abu Adam Akhlaq al Azhari in Birmingham, UK. He furthered his Islamic Studies in Egypt and Algeria where he studied Quran and Fiqh with some of the most prestigious scholars. His teachers included, Shaykh Yassir AbdulBasit (son of Shaykh AbdulBasit AbdulSamad), Shaykh Ashraf Hamid al-Azhari (imam of the Al Azhar Mosque) Shaykh Zouhair Qazzan al-Maliki, Shaykh Ibrahim al Muallim al Samanoody, Sheikh Hani Saad Mahmoud (Imam of the Azhar Mosque) and Sheikh Abu Asim el Badawy. The above scholars have given him ijazah in the Quranic recitation and books of tajweed, namely; Tuhfatul Atfaal, al Jazariyya and Tuhfa Samnoodiya. Mikhaeel Mala regularly appears on national TV and radio in Egypt and the UK. He is currently a Secondary school teacher and continues to teach Quran and the sciences of tajweed globally.

MoYah is a Mozambican born bilingual Afrofusion artist, award winning interfaith creative producer, workshop facilitator and public speaker. He has performed extensively across Europe, United States, South America and the African continent sharing stages with internationally respected artists such as Nas, Africa Bambaataa, Yuna, Guru & Talib Kweli. MoYah’s music has been featured on BBC One, RTP and RTP Africa. In 2023 he was picked by Portuguese National television channel RTP as a contestant for the Eurovision Song Contest. Noted for his electrifying performances MoYah uses his own experience of war and displacement to encourage deeper community cohesion, artistic activism & build empathy amongst different communities.

Prince Abdi is an international touring comedian from south London. He has a unique story-telling angle that makes him one of the busiest comedians on the circuit. Originally from Somalia, Prince grew up and south London and played as a reserve for Millwall Football Club. After a horrendous injury, he was forced to quit football and embark on a new journey in stand up Comedy. Prince has never looked back since with appearances on ITV, CH4, BBC1, Comedy Central and HBO. Prince has supported some famous faces over the years such as Chris rock, Dave Chappelle, and Trevor Noah.

Safe Adam is a British singer-songwriter from Essex, UK. First entering the Islamic Entertainment industry in 2012, Safe has performed sold out concerts all over the world/ He has toured in the UK, Malaysia, Indonesia, Spain, Morocco, Canada, Jordan, Lebanon, Netherlands, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Ireland, South Africa, Norway, Sweden and USA. As well as performing, Safe Adam also invests his time in Dawah work to benefit local communities and producing films at Red Face Films, an award-winning film production company, specialising in culturally diverse and faith based entertainment. In 2021, after a five year break, Safe Adam decided to re-enter the Islamic entertainment industry with his vocal only Nasheeds. Since his re-launch, it seems like he never left; he is going from strength to strength already and surpassing millions of views on online platforms. Sajal
Sajal is a Pakistani singer and also a recent graduate in Diagnostic Radiography. Born in Italy and currently residing in Manchester, Sajal has a passion for music and has performed at various events, including charity events, open mics, and concerts, including the Big Muslim Variety Show.
Sajal gained recognition in the entertainment industry when she starred as the lead in the British Muslim panto, Cinder'Aliyah. She has since been able to showcase her multicultural background and experiences through her music, blending different genres and languages to create a truly original sound.
Sukina Noor
Sukina Noor is a poet, spoken-word artist, workshop facilitator, educator, writer and public speaker. She has toured extensively across the UK, Europe, America and Africa performing, delivering poetry workshops, partaking in panel discussions and delivering lectures. Sukina has facilitated creative writing workshops across the world, empowering participants to use their words as a way to access their authentic voice and awaken the voice of the heart. Her work has been featured on BBC News, BBC World Service, ITV, Channel 4, Al Jazeera and many other international media outlets. She also delivered a Tedx Talk in Antwerp on the healing potential of poetry. Sukina holds a BA (Hons) Degree in English Literature and Caribbean Studies and is currently pursuing an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes. Sukina has amassed a loyal fan base and released her debut poetry book Love and Longing: Yearning for the Face of God in June 2022.
