What’s your favourite winter meal? A comforting stew? A nice soup? A spicy biryani? Nothing at all?
For millions of people around the world, the last option is – tragically - the only option.
One person dies of starvation every 3.6 seconds
We need to #do something.
People are starving
Help us provide warm, nutritious food to people around the world this winter.
People are starving, don’t wait, donate now.
Yemen is facing the worst famine the world has seen in 100 years, with 13 million people at risk of starvation. Almost a quarter of all Pakistanis live below the poverty line, struggling to find enough food to eat. Millions of Syrian and Rohingya refugees are unable to work, and can’t afford to eat proper meals.
Over the winter months, it’s even more difficult for people to battle the cold without having eaten enough food. Their bodies are weak, and they’re vulnerable to starvation and falling ill due to the cold. These people are suffering through no fault of their own; they are victims of famine, war, displacement and poverty.
No one should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from.
Do something now – donate and save lives this winter!
If we do nothing, people will die.
Please, donate now.
