3,648,171 Qurbani meals distributed, Alhamdulillah!

You gave the gift of Eid!

Penny Appeal donors showed tremendous generosity this Eid ul-Adha, and as a result, 3,648,171 Qurbani meals have been distributed around the world! 

This is an absolutely incredible achievement, and it's all thanks to you! Because of your kindness, we were able to provide nutritious meals to families who were struggling to make ends meet. You made a huge impact on the lives of those who need us the most – thank you so much for helping to spread joy and happiness this Eid! 

Each year, through our partnerships across the globe, Penny Appeal performs Qurbani and distributes the meat to areas where the need is greatest. We provide millions of meals across a wide range of countries, but typically serve the highest numbers of people in India and Uganda. The recipients are carefully chosen with the support of local community leaders, and we particularly target people living in severe poverty, low-income families, widow-headed families, orphan-headed families, the elderly, people with disabilities and people suffering from chronic illnesses. 

By performing Qurbani and distributing the meat to areas where there is the greatest need, we can continue to help those who are struggling most. We are grateful to be able to do this each year and ask for your duas as we continue our efforts.
