Penny Appeal’s Listening Line
Penny Appeal is offering a confidential Listening Line for anyone aged 18 and over, who finds themselves worried about Covid-19. The goal is to stay safe and healthy, so if you’re feeling anxious about Covid-19 or simply need someone to talk to, give us a call!
Our active listening support service is here to help you with any of your concerns about the coronavirus or listen to how this situation is affecting your daily life. This could include being asked to self-isolate, self-distancing from other people and working from home. Self-isolation and social distancing can be both stressful and difficult, but we’re here to help make things a little bit easier.
Our Listening Line is a completely free service, so if you find yourself growing anxious about the coronavirus pandemic, struggling with isolation or just wanting someone to talk to give us a call on 0300 303 1360 now.
You can speak with our expert Helpline Team and get private, non-judgmental support for however long you need to.
Our lines are open from 12pm – 8pm, 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays).
Who will you speak with?
All calls to our Listening Line service will be answered by our fully trained and experienced Helpline Practitioners. They have the skills to actively listen to your concerns surrounding this public health emergency in order to respond in a sensitive and supportive manner.
Please note, it may not always be possible to speak to the same member of the Helpline Team each time you call, but we are always happy to receive your call and support you in any way we can.
