At Penny Appeal we consider anyone over the age of 18 for volunteering. There is no upper age limit. If you are not yet 18 but would like to volunteer, we may be able to consider you for a limited range of roles, dependent on the role you are interested in and the risk assessment.
Due to the nature of volunteering opportunities available, nobody under the age of 16 is allowed to volunteer alone. You will be required to volunteer alongside a parent, guardian or older sibling who agrees to accompany you every time you volunteer and they sign up as a volunteer too. Please note, the type of role available will be dependent on the risk assessment. Please check your e-mail for confirmation and next steps.
