Penny Appeal are working closely with our partners on the ground to provide emergency aid, including emergency food packs, hygiene kits, shelter and psychosocial support for those in need.

The country is home to over 1.7 million Syrian and Palestinian refugees, making up almost a quarter of the country’s population. The economic impact of this disaster has devastated already struggling families, and the poorest and most vulnerable have been hit hard.

So, when we say your donation is being delivered to where most needed, rest assured that you are helping support some of the most vulnerable communities in the world!

Penny Appeal will endeavour to use your gift as requested, wherever possible. If for any reason we cannot use your donation as you have indicated, we will use it to fund similar projects in other countries or other projects in the relevant country. Penny Appeal’s strategic overview and on the ground experience means it is in the best position to decide how to meet need as it arises.
