Who is Qurbani Compulsory on
For many scholars, Qurbani is an obligation on all Muslims who possess the Zakat threshold. Despite this, its critical role within Islam is often missed and its tremendous barakah is lost.

Donating your Qurbani
By donating your Qurbani for just £29 to Penny Appeal, you’ll be ensuring that families living in poverty will receive meat during the celebratory days of Eid ul Adha.
This year, you can do so much more in your name, gain even more rewards, and feed many more people. We choose only the healthiest of animals for our Qurbanis, whether they are sheep, goats or cattle. We make sure that the fresh, nutritious meat goes straight to the poor, giving families across the world a great tasting meal for Eid-ul-Adha.
Rest assured, all of our animals are reared with plenty of room to roam. We make sure all our animals are in excellent health and sacrificed in the appropriate Islamic way.
Most importantly, 100% of the meat from your Qurbani will feed desperately hungry people. Many will receive the meat across the days of Eid al-Adha (“Festival of the Sacrifice”) ensuring they can celebrate and rejoice in the Holy time with their families. We have been carrying out your Qurbanis for 7 years, so trust us to make this year your best Qurbani yet.
Last year, we provided 3.2 million meals to impoverished communities across the globe, with your Qurbani. This year, help us spread the joy of Eid to even more people!
