You will get a receipt confirming your payment as soon as you order – this will be our standard “thanks for your donation” receipt. You will then receive a confirmation of your ticket order within 2 working days. Official e-tickets will be emailed to the address you gave when ordering a few days before the event.
You may also receive updates about the event via email so please keep an eye out for other emails from us containing the latest information. If you provide your mobile number we will also send you an SMS ticket.

The doors close at 7pm prompt, except for London (The Royal Institute) where doors will close at 6.45pm. No-one will be allowed to enter after this time so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
There will be separate seating areas for standard ticket holders and premium ticket holders. The seats within these areas are unallocated, so you’ll need to arrive early to get the best seats in your section.

Yes, there will be an area for prayer at each venue. There will also be a break in the programme for Maghrib prayer.

All ages are welcome, however we ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult.
Babies who do not require a seat do not need a ticket, however, any child old enough to have their own seat will require a ticket.
There will be light refreshments available to purchase at the venue.
There are no Meet and Greet tickets for this event, however, Harris J will be signing merchandise and copies of his CD Salam at the end of his performance.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel we will do our best to re-arrange the event. If this is not possible we will offer a refund.
